Haute Models London: Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Haute Models London, a premier escort agency in London, we are dedicated to providing a luxurious and professional experience. Due to the exclusive nature of our services, we do not issue refunds once an appointment has been successfully completed, and the agreed-upon time with the model(s) has been fulfilled. By booking with Haute Models London, you accept and agree to this policy.
However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Refunds for payments made in advance via credit card or bank transfer will be considered under the following conditions:
1. Booking Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your appointment due to a change of mind or personal circumstances, you can receive a 90% refund if you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. In urgent cases, we may offer the same 90% refund up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Please contact us immediately to arrange this.
2. Failure to Attend
If the appointment does not take place due to unforeseen circumstances, either within or beyond our control or that of the model, we will conduct an investigation. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting, or the appointment will be considered as completed.
3. Model Mismatch
All models’ photos are authentic, but in the rare case that the model who arrives does not match the one you booked, please notify us immediately. You will have the option of a full refund or a replacement model. Please note that refunds will not be provided for issues based on personal preferences or unrealistic expectations. We encourage careful review of all profiles before booking.
4. Unsatisfactory Experience
If the model does not meet your expectations based on her profile (in terms of appearance, behavior, or attire), you must inform us within the first 15 minutes of the appointment. In such cases, you may request either a full refund or a replacement model for the remainder of the appointment.
5. Other Unforeseen Circumstances
If you believe your case warrants a refund for reasons not covered in the conditions above, please reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will make every effort to resolve refund requests in a fair and timely manner.
